555g Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Gaming Platform Rules

By accessing the 555g platform — whether through a web browser or any other method — you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Acceptance is implied by any of the following actions: registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino or live dealer game, or using any feature of the 555g platform.

These terms are effective from the moment you create your 555g account and remain in effect for as long as your account exists, including any period of suspension or self-exclusion. Closing your account does not automatically cancel any outstanding obligations you may have under these terms.

The 555g platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or place any bet on 555g. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all winnings forfeited.

By registering at 555g, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or family member of a 555g employee in a role that gives access to pricing or outcome information.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• All information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.

To use 555g, you must register a personal account using accurate details. The information you provide — including your full name, phone number and any payment method details — must be truthful and kept up to date. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your 555g login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 555g will never ask for your password through any channel. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by a third party who gained access through your negligence — is your responsibility.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other service.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Contact support@555g.click immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any other person to use your 555g account for any reason.

All transactions on 555g are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported:

Deposits are credited to your 555g account balance instantly in most cases. 555g does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals — any fees applied are by your payment provider and are outside our control.

Withdrawals are processed during our standard business hours. VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive priority processing. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

All bets placed at 555g are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any specific rules stated for the relevant sport, market or game. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• A bet is only confirmed once the system has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. Bets that show as "pending" have not yet been confirmed.
• Odds and game outcomes displayed at the time of bet placement are correct at that moment. Live odds change rapidly — the odds at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a clear pricing error (for example, a sports match displayed at an impossibly low or high odds figure due to a system error), 555g reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account.
• If a sports event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the required play-time for settlement, the affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's 555g balance.
• For PSL and cricket markets: if a match is reduced in overs due to rain or any other factor and a result is achieved by DLS method, 555g will settle match winner bets on the official result. Over-specific and total-runs markets will be settled according to the revised par calculations stated in the individual market rules.
• Minimum bet across all sports markets is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and player tier — your personal limits are visible when placing a bet.
• Maximum winnings per single event are capped at Rs 5,000,000 unless a higher limit has been specifically agreed for VIP Diamond accounts.

555g offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion and the general bonus conditions below. Claiming a bonus means you accept the applicable terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses at 555g are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details. A standard example would be a 10x wagering requirement on a bonus of Rs 1,000 — meaning you must wager Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Qualifying Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live sports betting typically contributes 100%. Slots and fishing games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–15%). The exact contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited at expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your 555g account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with other offers.
• Abuse and Misuse: 555g monitors for bonus abuse including collusion, arbitrage, systematic exploitation of promotions and use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer. Any account found to be exploiting bonuses will have those bonuses voided and the account reviewed.

The 555g VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Membership is awarded based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling period. VIP tiers and their associated benefits are subject to review and may be adjusted by 555g at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the qualifying period and credited to your 555g balance automatically every Monday.
• VIP status does not guarantee any specific outcome, win rate or guaranteed profit from betting or gaming activity.
• Platinum and Diamond members who receive dedicated account manager access are reminded that this is a support service — account managers do not provide betting tips or financial advice.
• 555g reserves the right to suspend or demote a player's VIP tier if their account is found to be in violation of these terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, multi-accounting or fraud.
• VIP benefits are personal and cannot be transferred to another account or person.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 555g platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 555g, whether using your own information or falsified details.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated means to interact with the 555g platform.
• Exploiting any technical fault, bug or error in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the 555g platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 555g staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification or support interactions.
• Allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your account.
• Charging back a deposit after placing bets with those funds — this constitutes fraud and will be pursued accordingly.

555g is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. As part of using the platform, you agree to the following:

• You will use the deposit limits, session reminders and other responsible gaming tools available in your account settings to manage your gaming activity.
• If you choose to self-exclude, you will not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account or using another person's account.

Continuing to use the 555g platform after an update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the change takes effect. Closing your account to avoid a terms change does not affect any obligations that arose under the previous version of the terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written and interpreted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.
